SECONDLY - After we got your order we will give you call we will discuss fault or issue you have with your electric scooter.
Once scooter received at our repair center , Our expert technicians are fully qualified to fully inspect your scooter. Once inspection completed our repair technician will contact you with the findings .In some cases repair can be done with out changing any parts and you will not pay anymore towards the repair , if that not a case with your scooter than cost of parts will be discuss with you during this call.
THIRDLY -Scooter will be repaired and ready to return .

How this repair service works ?
Once you made a purchase , our customer services team will contact you todiscuss an issue with your scooter.If you have decided to go for our collection/delivery service We use 3rd party courier company for this collection.They will collect from your house and will deliver to our repair service with in 24-48 hours .
Once we receive your scooter at our repair center one of our expert engineer will fully inspect your scooter and perform a health checks.we will give you another call before starting any repair and will agree any cost towards repair before starting any repair.
Once repair completed scooter will be deliver back to you door.

What included in shipping cost ?
Our shipping charges includes - collection/drop off and deliver back to your address - so shipping cost covers both way shipping.There are additional shipping charge for unboxed scooters due to manual handling charges applied by courier company for unboxed parcels.
What will happen if scooter is irreparable ?
Our repair rate is 99% but in some cases its not worth to do any repair on the scooter.In this case we will discuss all possible options including part exchange ( we will take your old scooter and offer you discounted price on buying a new one from us )

If you want us to return your scooter but inspection cost will be charger which is £ 18 only.
Do I have to pay any more if repair center advice repair is possible ?
We have fix labor price for all our repairs including VAT.This price doesn't include spare parts needed to repair your scooter if needed to change any parts.There will be no more charge for labor cost .
How long it can take my scooter to repair.
Normally Collection from your house and deliver back to you can take up to 4-5 working days.
Will there be any warranty for this repair ?
Yes , you will be covered under our repair warranty for 3 months in relation to same problem with your scooter and we will do free repair in case of failure during this warranty period .
